Large parcel of land that can be used for a large scale project. The designated town planning zone is predominantly Γ3 agricultural but due to its proximity to other private schools and Athletic grounds it can be applied for permit by exemption for any special project due to its size. Town planing has already given the green light for an applicant for construction of a private school. Technicals 91 60870m2 of the land falls into the Γ3 Zone which is Agricultural zone 10 building co efficient 10 cover co efficient 2 floors maximum. The other 9 6020m2 is Z1 Zone nature protection zone with 5 building co efficient and 1 cover co efficient. The nature protection zone plus another 11 total of 20 of the Γ3 is the minimum that will be set as a requested from the authorities to be designated as a Green Area a practice which is a requirement for receiving any Town Planning permit for large than 2000m2 parcels of land.
