The handleless kitchen runs along one side with an integrated island; large-format tiles carry through the whole floor.

Sliding glass panels the full height of the room retract to erase the line between inside and out. Beyond them: a private pool with a sun terrace, a shaded outdoor lounge, a built-in barbecue counter and a level lawn framed by mature planting. The result is a home built for the Cyprus climate — indoor and outdoor living treated as one continuous space.
