Bungalow house attached with green area, just outside of Nicosia center near the Mall of Nicosia at the National Athalassas forest park. The area has great potentials and new developments has started to build luxury houses in the area. It is a one level home, a bungalow with a big yard that you can easily have many animals or birds, like dogs, horses, pigs, ducks etc as pets. The house offers a large land with fence and can be extended if its necessary with other plot of land available for  attached to it. The house is structured with double walls and with polystyrene between them and weather insulation in the terrace which is also covered with a big roof attic that cover the whole house space (220m2) and it is for storage now but can be upgraded to a room.
