This villa lies in one of our favorite spots between St. George at the westerly end of the Paphos coast next to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. It is fortunate enough to be located within walking distance of the fabulous Lara bay with crystal clear water and breathtaking views. The charming fishing harbour of St George with its lovely sandy beach is just a minute drive and the stunning Cap St George Beach Club Resort with modern restaurant overlooking the gorgeous Maniki Beach is about 2 minute by car.
This is a very peaceful area dotted with some of the most stunning properties on the island. You can enjoy the tranquility of the area, take walks along the breath-taking coastline and yet be only 10 minutes away by car from fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and 2 beautiful blue flag beaches at Coral Bay and Corallia as well as 25 mins from Paphos with its harbour, medieval castle and ancient monuments and mosaics at Tombs of the Kings.
The stairs of this balcony will take you to the covered rooftop with table and chairs facing south and affording wonderful views to the Mediterranean Sea and towards the Akamas Peninsula. This is the perfect spot to have a drink at the end of the day and watch the sun drop behind the horizon.
The spacious patio area is perfect for BBQs and pool parties and benefits from sun beds for you to enjoy lazy days by pool with roman steps, as well as outdoor dining facilities for 6 people - perfect for dining al fresco during the warm Cyprus evenings
Easy access can be gained to the Akamas Nature Reserve and Lara beach (arguably the best on the island) where you will find a great beach cafe and one of the best taverns in Paphos called 'The Last Castle'. In a short walk from the villa are also located two restaurants, TLC Private English School, professional mountain bike rental and bus stop.
