Job Title: Villa Maintenance Employee

Location: Paphos, Cyprus
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Villa Maintenance Employee to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our luxury villas in Paphos, Cyprus. As the Villa Maintenance Employee, you will be responsible for the following areas:

Responsibilities:

Gardening Jobs:
Maintaining and beautifying the gardens and outdoor areas of our villas to the highest standards.
Pruning, landscaping, and planting to ensure the lush appearance of the surroundings.

Pool Cleaning and Maintenance:
Regularly inspecting and cleaning the swimming pools to ensure water quality and safety.
Managing pool equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.

Villa Maintenance:
Performing general maintenance tasks within the villas to keep them in optimal condition.
Addressing minor repairs and issues promptly, such as replacing lamps, fixing sewage problems, installing curtains, and painting walls.
Coordinating with contractors for larger maintenance and repair projects when necessary.

Driving Duties:
Serving as a driver for transportation needs related to villa maintenance and other company activities when required.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in villa or property maintenance is preferred.
Proficiency in gardening and pool maintenance.
Basic handyman skills for villa repairs and maintenance.
Russian Prefered language
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
