The Apartment is situated in Miltonos Street, Limassol. It is on the first floor alongside with one more apartment. In the building there are only Two Apartments. This will offer its potential inhabitant privacy and peace. The Location is ideal, since within walking distance you can find all services required for a household. Kiosks, Bakeries, Pizza Houses, Supermarkets, Kebab houses, Cafes and snack-bars, and many small shops with all sorts of goods, like fashion, shoes etc.

The Apartment is empty. No furniture is provided, apart from a gas-stove, a Hood, a Refrigerator and a Clothes Washing Machine. All other equipment must be provided by the tenant. The Apartment has been recently painted and cleaned and its ready for occupancy.

**Requirements for Signing a Tenancy Agreement:

1. Minimum 2 Years Rental/Tenancy Agreement.
2. Deposit upon signing the Tenancy Agreement of One-Months’ Rent.
3. Monthly Payment of Rent, through a Bank Transfer to owners account, details of it will be provided on the Rental Agreement.
4. No Common Expenses Are Charged, since there are only 2 apartments and whatever is needed for the common stairs area, such as cleaning, change of a bulb or anything else, will have to be arranged between the 2 tenants.
5. Pets has to be approved by the owner.
6. Every adult who will live in the rental unit, including both members of a married or unmarried couple, should be named as tenants and sign the lease or rental agreement.
7. The rental unit will be the residence of only the tenants who have signed the lease and their minor children.
8. It is the tenant’s responsibility to keep the rental premises clean and sanitary and to pay for any damage caused by his or her abuse or neglect.
9. Disruptive behavior, such as excessive noise, and any illegal activity is prohibited.
