What we have:

We own a plot in the universal area (Kato Paphos).In the plot it can be built as a 3 floors building.

In the plot there is a building on the first floor.

The building is composed of 2 bedrooms bungalow and a studio.

The second and third floor is not built yet.

What we are looking for:

In these 2 empty floors we are looking for investors to get into a business joint venture.

With the investor we will turn those two floors into a guest house or hostel.

Investor will cover the cost for the building of the second and third floor and we will offer the management of the business and of course the space since the whole building/space is owned by us.

We will have an agreement in which percentage will have the profits shared.

The location of the building is ideal.

1. The building is in a Residential area

2. Next to a not very busy road.

3. Just a 10 minutes walk to the sea/bars/Restaurants

4. 15 minutes walk to a park

5. A short walk (5 minutes) to the bus station, 2 mini markets, take away, Pharmacy, gum.A ten minutes walk to the airport bus station.

We have working experience for over 30 years in Hotels/Restaurants/Guest houses/Hostels.
